Are you ready to step into a high-impact HR leadership role with one of the most recognised names in the retail industry? This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with the CEO and executive team while leading the HR function across a fast-paced, dynamic business.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to cover a 12-month parental leave contract, providing strategic and hands-on HR support to a high-performing retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Lead HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to support talent acquisition, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and embed best-practice HR policies across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, ideally within the retail sector or a fast-paced consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge with expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence at C-suite level.
  • A resilient, adaptable leader who thrives in a collaborative and evolving environment.
