**What you will do:
In your role, you will
- Lead and participate in the development and implementation of service delivery projects and innovative business improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve effective business outcomes.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of business cases, requirements specifications, project briefs, plans, reports and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of business proposals and options.
- Assist in the implementation of change management strategies.
- Assist in the gathering, interpretation and documentation of business requirements, rules, specifications and processes.
- Initiate, plan and prioritise work goals and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

Who we are looking for:
An individual with
- Experience actively participating in the development and execution of innovative projects, particularly those involving information and communication technology (ICT) and business improvement initiatives.
- Experience with leading process, systems or business change, including demonstrated ability to guide others through the change, even in times of uncertainty.
- Experience in analysing available information in a critical manner and describing the rationale behind decisions. Accepts responsibility for actions and demonstrates judgement about when to escalate issues.

Desirable qualifications and experience
- Qualifications in Project Management - for example, PRINCE2 Practitioner/Foundation, Agile, diploma, certificate or similar.
