About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to research, design and implement improvements in patient access to outpatient services across Metro North Hospital and Health Service Outpatient departments.
About you
- Lead discussions within a complex organisational structure engage colleagues across the state-wide BPIO network to influence management of information management systems.
- Actively participate in Hospital and Health Service (HHS) Outpatient Sub-Committees and provide high level advice pertaining to the operational management of Outpatient Services.
- Collaborate with the General Practice Liaison Officers (GPLOs) and key positions within the HHS to ensure sustainable changes occur to current practices around outpatients.
- Improve outpatient data through facilitating system enhancements to ensure all outpatients systems collect the identified data elements in the Activity Based Funding NAP DSS.
