Systems & Business Improvement Assistant

Role Overview

We're looking for a Systems & Business Improvement Assistant to help streamline and improve how we work. This role supports a range of internal process improvement and system integration projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, efficiency, and technology.

You'll work closely with our operations team to identify opportunities for smarter workflows, assist in rolling out new systems, and make a tangible impact on how our business runs day to day.

It's a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in systems implementation and business improvement while developing your technical and analytical skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the review, documentation, and improvement of internal business processes.
  • Support the setup, integration, and maintenance of internal systems and automations.
  • Help manage system rollouts, updates, and user training resources.
  • Conduct data migration, importing and exporting, and help maintain system accuracy.
  • Support website and digital tool maintenance, ensuring functionality and consistency.
  • Contribute to the testing and implementation of new software and process changes.
  • Assist with development-related tasks if you have relevant technical skills.

About You

  • A student in Business Process Improvement, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A problem solver who enjoys finding more innovative and efficient ways to get things done.
  • Confident with general tech troubleshooting and systems setup.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a small team.
  • Available to work on-site at our Brisbane CBD offices.
