Bookkeeper/office Manager

With over 30 years experience providing quality construction,design, fabrication and project management services we require an experienced bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our busy team. This is a fulltime role for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Thomastown location, car park supplied. flexible working hours.
- Payroll Fortnightly 5-10 employees
- Bank & Credit card reconciliations
- Data entry AP and payments
- Data entry AR and receipting payments
- End of month Reporting
- Lodging BAS & IAS monthly
- All EOM & EOY Reporting
- General ledger reconciliations
- Preparing Budgets & budget analysis
- Development & Management of office operations and procedures
- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
- Assist with marketing materials and distribution
- Handle customer inquiries and direct to relevant department
- Over 3 years experience in construction, with proven office management & administrative experience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task and prioritise work
- Advanced working knowledge of MYOB, Windows suite of product including advanced Excel skills
- Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Internet research and social media platforms
**Salary**: $76,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tullamarine, VIC 3074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)
