About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Operational Bookkeeper to join our friendly team in Tullamarine. Reporting to the Director and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing accounts, streamlining day-to-day accounting processes, and ensuring the smooth financial operation of the business.

This is a permanent part-time position, perfect for someone seeking flexibility to work around family or school hours.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • 9:30am - 2:30pm
  • 15 hours per week with potential to increase days and or hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • BAS / IAS
  • Debt collection & ensuring strong cash flow
  • ​Clean, precise financial reporting
  • Software management & price updates
  • Liaise with accountant, suppliers, clients & third parties

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with Pronto and BSM required

  • Experience with Xero preferred

  • Accuracy

  • Attention to detail
  • Efficiency
  • Compliance
  • Communication
  • Ability to identify and improve systems and procedures, in conjunction with Director & Operations Manager
  • Permanent working rights in Australia
