About the Role

This is a newly created position for someone who thrives on variety and loves learning new things reporting directly to our Financial Officer.

This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same tasks day in and day out.

Instead, you'll be hands-on across accounts, general administration, and operations support, with the chance to expand your skills as we grow.

Key responsibilities:

  • General bookkeeping and admin support
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Invoicing and receivables
  • Supplier payments and data entry
  • Managing all stock (inventory) including ordering stock, making payments, reconciling payments, and managing warehouse inventory
  • Supporting the Financial Officer with ad hoc finance and compliance tasks
  • Other administrative tasks as required – we're a growing company and your role will grow with us

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A solutions-driven mindset – embracing challenges with a 'yes' approach, and proposing solutions to problems
  • Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
  • Confident working with numbers and familiar with bookkeeping processes
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using accounting software (experience with Xero a plus)
  • A clear communicator who can work independently
  • Happy to take on varied tasks in a dynamic environment

This role would suit someone early in their finance/admin career or returning to the workforce. We value capability and attitude over formal qualifications.
