**We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Team in Melbourne.**
Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with over 25 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a bright and energetic office all-rounder to join our busy team located in West Melbourne. You must be passionate about building relationships, a people focussed leader, who is easy to approach and can resolve problems collaboratively.
Experience within a corporate office environment is essential and strong computer skills across Microsoft products are necessary to ensure you productively support our team.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Organising IT for new employees and helping resolve IT issues
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Supervising office staff and managing assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting minor new contracts & requisitions.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Taking minutes for various meetings and follow up staff for actions.
- Coordinate and compile monthly reports.
- Coordinate and compile board pack documents.
- Manage and organise events including the invitation of staff from partner organisations.
