Our client is seeking an experienced specialist who can help improve the digital journey of the service ecosystem.

**Role Overview**

As the Group Solutions Manager for ServiceNow, you're not just a tech whiz but a digital visionary. You'll lead, manage, and inspire a team of dedicated ServiceNow specialists. Become the internal product owner and make game-changing decisions that propel them to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement ServiceNow strategy that aligns with business goals
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Manage a high-performing team responsible for ServiceNow administration and functional analysis
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated with ServiceNow updates, ensuring optimal utility and system health

**You're Perfect If You...**
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and management
- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills
- Are ITIL and ServiceNow certified
- Have the knack for translating technical jargon into language that business stakeholders understand
- Are a natural leader and a superb communicator
