Scheduling and Service Manager
- Manage a small team, help develop and bring the best out of them.
- Ensure our customers get the best service
- Encourage and promote a good working relationship with builders, sub contractors and suppliers

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling and Service Manager from the Construction Industry. Ideally you would have experience within; New Home Build, Domestic Roofing or Residential Roofing

Help to build and develop the small team. Bring the best out of them and get the systems running as efficiently as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep Calm - one of the busy offices, the small team need some guidance and mentoring
- Oversea the scheduling and service team's day to day work
- Build the relationships with all stakeholders, clients, internal teams, subbies and delivery partners
- Ensure the workflow and procures are smooth running and efficient
- Be responsible for the entire workflow. Ensure what is scheduled is what is being delivered on-site
- Oversee the day to day operations of the business from Builder booking to completing the job on-site
- Manage the key stakeholder relationships and ensure sufficient Lead times, Subby Numbers and the smooth delivery from all parties
- Our work only ends once we invoice it, ensure the jobs are invoiced correctly by the end of the day
- Encourage and promote a good working relationship with builders, subbies and suppliers
- Forecasting and maintain schedules
