Our Communities Marketing Team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and strategic Property Marketing Manager to join their Communities team on a full time, permanent basis in Barangaroo, Sydney.

What you will be doing:
- Deliver the marketing needs of the NSW / ACT Communities business.- Develop local area project plans leveraging national and regional frameworks.- Manage messaging and content across product, place, price, promotions and activations and manage deployment of this via our internal Marketing Shared Services (MSS) and external partners.- Manage on-site activations and customer experience - spanning activations, signage, sales centre and marketing collateral.- Analyse customer and market data and feed insight into the broader team.- When required, in collaboration with the research team, coordinate project specific research.- Manage operational project brand positioning, product range and messaging.- Multi-task across several projects/assets and will need excellent people and stakeholder management skills.

About you:
- Industry experience in a marketing, brand or communications role.- Advanced digital marketing and campaign lead generation expertise.- Good verbal and written communicator.- Experience in engaging with a variety of stakeholder groups.- Experience within the property industry ideally in Retail, Property or Communities- A proven track record of juggling multiple projects/tasks.- Account and project management skills
