We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic Real Estate agency in Sydney's Inner West as an Assistant Property Manager. You will play a key role in assisting the Senior Property Manager in all aspects of residential property management. Knowledge of the area is preferred but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate and customer service. This role will have the opportunity to move into a Property Management position further down the line and we are seeking an ambitious individual looking to grow within the business.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday and Saturdays will be opened for inspections (no longer than 3 hours work which will be deducted from your work week).

Your daily duties and responsibilities include:

- Leasing, enquiry & open for inspection support
- Effectively liaise with tenants
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Assist in arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Key preparation
- Working towards targets and KPI’s
- Any other adhoc duties required

Essential requirements:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in a real estate/property related position
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Driver’s License and own your own vehicle
- Exceptional work ethic
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Well-presented and well-groomed
- Eager to have a career in Property Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
