Marketing Executive | Fast-growing investment property

**Your new company**
The company is a dynamic and fast-growing investment property-buying business based in Australia. The company is at the forefront of prop-tech with game-changing software that will transform the property investing space in Australia. They are an exciting and motivated team and need someone who shares their passion to join as a Marketing Executive.

**Your new role**
As a Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for driving their digital marketing efforts and managing their online presence. You'll work closely with the team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, create engaging content, and manage their online community. With 4 main content pillars, there will be ample opportunity to develop exciting and relevant content for their audience.
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies with a focus on paid Facebook marketing
- Develop engaging graphic designs and videos for social media platforms
- Efficiently utilise their content pillars to create cross-purposed relative content including copywriting
- Manage their Facebook group and engage with their online community
- Collaborate with their PR agency to strategize on campaigns
- Manage guests for podcasts
- Optimising the marketing strategy to generate leads and sales across
- Create strategic campaigns to attract new business with Google Ads manager and ad placement options and create the copy required
- Create/manage engaging monthly content calendars for social media posting.
- Send and manage the podcast editing to the editor, and manage the publishing of all podcasts once approved.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, paid Facebook marketing, graphic design, and video editing
- Ability to work autonomously and support our operations and partnership team members
- Ability to manage social media platforms and engage with online community
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with property investing is a plus
- Confident decision-maker
- Comfortable with being held accountable
- You love taking the initiative
