UGL Telecommunications, part of the Services Division is seeking a Property Consultant for a full-time permanent position based in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

In this role you will be working within the Site Acquisition, Environment and Design (SAED) team and have the responsibility of managing the Site Acquisition (property) function across a large pool of sites. You will also be responsible for end-to-end property aspects including site selection, securing required property approvals, documentation preparation and site access for design and build. The role will also have a strong customer and stakeholder relation focus.

- Demonstrated experience in property and property negotiation
- Tertiary qualification in Property
- Experience in Telstra processes and systems
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
