You're good at getting things done and like helping others. You love speaking to people on the phone.

Your role will be in the Warm Leads Sales Team and your specific role will be to sell and close the booking of appointments with warm qualified potential customers. You will be given full training on your role as well as checklists to follow to help you succeed in your role.

You'll work in a very dynamic and results-oriented environment and you'll be encouraged and inspired to continue your path to higher results.

You'll be trained and then expected to make mínimally 100 calls a day and book 5 appointments every day. Your calls will be to warm leads that have been received by our marketing channels.

DDP Property are a well-known and successful leader in the property investment industry and have been operating for over 10 years.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Calling warm inbound leads
- Liaising with our sales team
- Driving bookings and exceeding KPI's

**Skills and experience**
- We provide on the job training, we will develop your phone skills and should you wish, your face to face selling skills
- Any sales and/or call centre experience is helpful but not at all necessary if you have the right attitude
