Digital Marketing Specialist | Property and Financial Services

**Your new company**
One of Australia’s leading property services companies with more than 220,000 lots under strata management. The company is undergoing an exciting transformation, investing heavily in new products, technology and people initiatives.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for website(s) development, maintenance and management; optimising our lead generation through test and learn programs; and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop, maintain and manage the websites by partnering with the marketing team and internal stakeholders across all facets of the business.
- Leveraging analytics and research-based insights to drive the creation and delivery of digital marketing material in line with marketing plans across various channels to maximise performance.
- Create a test and learn digital marketing program. Continually look for innovative ways to improve the marketing plans and material.
- Responsible for the marketing automation program through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Measure, track and benchmark digital marketing activities to continuously improve. Including creating metrics and delivery of quality and timely reporting.
- Proactively drive growth, customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing campaigns and activities by working with the other members of the marketing team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar all-rounder Digital Marketing Specialist role, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
- You are data-driven and have a good analytical understanding of tracking, optimisation and reporting on campaigns and activities.
- You have a strong eye for detail - getting the small things right the first time.
- Effectively influence and successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- It’s an advantage if you have experience in Photoshop, Premier Pro and video production.
