Commercial real estate agency looking for a Property Manager to help with their extensive property portfolio.

**Your new company**
Our client is a commercial real estate services company providing solutions to property owners, investors and occupiers in the Sunshine Coast area. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Property Manager to their team to support the management of a portfolio of commercial assets.

**Your new role**
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the management and overall performance of the properties managed by the client. This includes liaising with owners, tenants and operational personnel, as well as preparing monthly reports, business strategy plans and cash flow budgets. You will ensure adequate insurance policies are effected by stakeholders, administer all leases to ensure complains, and make recommendations and conduct negations on all leasing matters.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial property management regarding a large portfolio. Therefore, you will have a minimum four years' experience in commercial property management, with an understanding of commercial leases, licences and property documentation. Given this role requires reporting and documentation, experience in Microsoft Office Programs is required. You will also have a tertiary qualification in the property discipline and a certificate of registration. A valid green card would also be beneficial.

**What you'll get in return**
You will be offered an immediate start in a full-time role based in Maroochydore. This role will be on an ongoing temporary basis with possibility of extension, offering a competitive rate.
