We’re looking for an Office **Manager** to lead our brand-new **Bentleigh East** location. If you're passionate about connecting with people, love working with kids and parents, and want to make a real difference in your community, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Office Manager, you’ll create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels safe and supported, and every parent feels heard. You’ll be the face of the centre — leading your team, building relationships with families, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Key responsibilities:

- Greeting families and helping kids feel confident from the moment they walk in
- Building trust with parents through regular, friendly conversations
- Supporting and guiding your team to create a positive learning space
- Helping new families get started and feel comfortable with the program
- Managing daily operations and a bit of admin behind the scenes
- Connecting with the wider community to share what Mathnasium is all about

Hours

This is a **Monday to Friday** position, typically from **12:00pm to 7:30pm** — ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful afternoon and evening work.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

- Love working with people, especially kids and parents
- Are warm, friendly, and a natural communicator
- Enjoy creating strong, lasting relationships
- Are organised, dependable, and a proactive problem-solver
- Have leadership or team management experience
- Bonus: experience in education or admin tools like QuickBooks

A background in maths is helpful, but this role is really about people — so if you’ve got the heart for it, we can support you with the rest.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
