Join the Glen Eira Leisure Team
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and purpose-driven team at the forefront of community leisure? Glen Eira Leisure is growing, with three fully operational sites — Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre, Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool, and Caulfield Recreation Centre. We're seeking a dedicated professional to play a key role in strengthening our culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across all venues.
Why Join Glen Eira Leisure?

About the role

- Contractor Oversight: Support and oversee contractor compliance and service agreement obligations. Provide administrative support for GEL's contractor management strategy.
- Data and Reporting: Prepare insightful, analytical quarterly reports for GEL senior leaders on risk and compliance activities.
- Training and Education: Educate GEL staff on evolving compliance frameworks, legislative changes, risk mitigation strategies and safety protocols.
- Chemical Management:Coordinating chemical stocktakes and ordering processes.
- Stakeholder Liaison:Work with auditors, Victoria Police, WorkSafe, and Council's Wellbeing and Safety Team.
- CCTV Coordination: Coordinating CCTV requests in line with Council guidelines
- Policy and Process Improvement: Identifying procedural gaps and helping implement improved processes
