This Full time temp to perm opportunity reports to the AR Team Leader, where you will be a pivotal point in supporting the large AR team. With a large emphasis placed on assisting with high volume inbound/outbound calls re credit queries with stores, new accounts and liaising with internal sales teams and customers. Full training is provided and there are genuine opportunities for career progression into many other areas of the business. The position offers real flexibility, initially in the office during training phase, longer term the role will be working home 3 days, office based 2 days.

**Duties**
- Manage AR inbox
- New accounts/vendor creation
- Store refunds
- Credit Card/EFT payments
- Credit queries
- Liaising with sales/stores re credit claims
- Other ad hoc duties as required
