**About the role**
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is accountable for establishing and executing a comprehensive national sales strategy. The CSO is responsible for building and leading a high performing business development and inside sales team to drive continued growth that aligns to revenue and profitability targets. Management of sales force performance through hands on leadership and mentoring focused on productivity, individual performance, teamwork and culture is essential, as is the implementation of robust sales management processes to ensure high quality sales operations and adherence.

**About you**
As an experienced CSO or Sales Director, you will have successfully led and developed high-performing B2B sales teams, are self-motivated and self-directed, and have experience selling to SMB and enterprise customers in BPO outsourcing, service solutions, software and other relevant complex service industries. You are financially astute, adept at utilising data to inspire performance and comfortable blending strategic thinking with tactical sales execution to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
