**About the role**:
Due to an internal promotion, we have a great opportunity to join our Marketing Operations team as a Advertising Production & Process Manager. As the Advertising Production & Process Manager’s your primary role is to deliver a best-in-class Advertising program (including catalogue) that is legally compliant, on Brand, error free, on time and on budget. You other tasks will include;
- They are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Creative Agency and Catalogue Suppliers (print, distribution & online). They are the lynchpin across Marketing and eComm from brief through to campaign live date and play a key role in post implementation reviews. The role delivers on the Officeworks Operational Excellence strategic objective, with a relentless focus on campaign and production process improvements.
- They manage and coach the Advertising team, ensuring significant volumes of advertising material is delivered to the objectives and vision set by Customer Marketing. They assist the Brand Design team with photography requirements and ensure Channel leads integrate assets across their work.
- The role plays a critical role in building productive relationships with Merchandise, chairing key meetings with ‘Heads Of’ and Buying Managers to ensure processes are optimized.
- They also oversee Supplier Funded creative & production, with both the Supplier Funded Manager and Co-ordinator

Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:
We’re keen to speak you if you have had hands on experience working in and managing advertising creative and production outputs. You will also have experience;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with and influence stakeholders across many areas and levels of the business
- Able to work in an ever-changing environment.
- Displays strong leadership skills, with the ability to support and mentor direct reports and team members
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt and prioritise
