**About the role**:
Sales Operations Coordinator is a SME in our order fulfilment and license management divisions. This position will be responsible for processing Sales & Renewals orders in a timely & accurate manner, process enforcement and improvement, license, and contract management, and ensuring a positive stakeholder and customer experience. Knowledgeable and efficient within the small team, they will also assist onboarding new Sales Operations team members along with testing and analytics.
**Your contribution will be**:
- Provide support to Sales, Renewals, and other Sales supporting functions with regard to product licensing and Salesforce behaviour
- Processing and closing Sales & Renewal opportunities in line with business dependencies
- Preparing orders for invoicing by Finance
- Responsible for the provisioning of license keys and ensuring that accurate contract & asset records are maintained in Salesforce
- Ensuring the correct level of service entitlements are recorded and issued to customers & partners
- Handling order & licensing customer enquiries and ensuring compliance with licensing policies and procedures
- Work with the licensing team on cases from the queue and facilitate customer's software migrations
- Review and deal structure analysis of non-standard deals by working directly with the Sales organisation and ensuring compliance with established global approval processes
- Governance of record accuracy and data integrity
- Assisting Partners with access to the Nintex Partner Portal
- Enabling Partners & Customers with Portal access and trial extensions
- Ensuring processes are followed and proactively improving when possible
- Assisting 'Sales Operations Manager' with analytics and forecast reporting
**To be successful we think you need**:
- 3+ years' experience in a Sales Operations role
- 3+ years' experience working in a software company
- Understanding of servers and IT infrastructure a plus
- Proficiency and high-level fluency of English required
- Experience in high pace, fast growth environments
- Demonstrated experience in working autonomously and with a team
- Sales background beneficial: understanding of a sales environment and process
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerBI
