Who We're Looking For
Nelson Alexander is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our Reservoir office as a Sales Coordinator You'll be working closely with a successful Sales Agent, ensuring that all property onboarding and marketing strategies run smoothly. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a high-performing team, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate sales campaigns and assets
  • Organize open for inspections, auctions, and coordinate with team members
  • Administer sales documentation, including authorities, reports, and schedules
  • Upload listings to portals and handle general admin tasks
  • Maintain files related to campaigns and ensure smooth operations

What You'll Need:

  • Current Victorian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Current Agent's Rep Certificate
  • Previous real estate experience is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Box and Dice software is highly regarded
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
