As we continue to evolve, we're looking for a driven and detail-focused professional to join our team in a key role that supports both sales momentum and business operations.

About the Role

Step into a key role and help us grow.

We're expanding our team and introducing an additional 0.63 FTE Sales Coordinator / Business Support role to work alongside our existing coordination function at the heart of the business.

This new position complements a well-established role that has been instrumental in keeping our sales function sharp and our operations seamless. We're now looking for someone with fresh energy, initiative, and a collaborative mindset to share the load and strengthen our capability.

You'll be coordinating client communications, managing sales administration, supporting operational enquiries, and helping our teams stay aligned and efficient across multiple priorities.

We're looking for someone with a thoughtful and proactive approach who takes pride in being organised, reliable, and detail-focused, ensuring every sales opportunity is followed through with care and precision. You'll bring a steady presence, clear communication, and a forward-thinking outlook that helps us deliver an exceptional experience to every client.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

  • Track and manage sales opportunities, quotes, and approvals
  • Prepare client proposals and support procurement processes
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and support sales forecasting
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and the internal sales team
  • Coordinate team calendars, meetings, and follow-ups

Business and Operations Support

  • Respond to non-technical customer and supplier enquiries
  • Coordinate internal meetings, travel bookings, and stock/supplies
  • Maintain business documentation, templates, and onboarding forms
  • Assist with invoicing support and operational follow-ups
  • Contribute to cross-department workflow and process improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Coordination, Business Support, or Office Administration
  • Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and solutions-oriented. You are a go-getter
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Teams Phone
  • Experience in a Managed Services or Cyber Security environment is a plus
