Your Opportunity

CSL has an opportunity for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team. In this hybrid role based in Melbourne, you will support the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales Team by coordinating key operational processes, onboarding, training logistics, and customer access initiatives. You will also manage internal systems, support educational events, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the sales function. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work closely with Sales Training, Marketing, and field teams.

Your Role
- Monitor and action requests from the Sales Support AU inbox (e.g., starter packs, literature, opt-outs).
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including checklists, equipment returns, and system access.
- Support the planning and logistics of educational events and sales training sessions.
- Manage administrative tasks including SharePoint updates, MA training enrolments, business card requests, and internal communications.

Your skills and experience
- A degree or qualification in Business, Administration, Science, or a related field.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or operational coordination.
- Familiarity with digital tools, internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams), and event or training logistics is desirable.
- Previous experience in a commercial or healthcare environment.
