City of Melbourne, Australia Goldieandace Full time

Do you get a buzz from colour-coded spreadsheets, perfectly organised systems, and keeping all the moving parts running seamlessly? At Goldie + Ace, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our wholesale operations—making sure no detail slips through the cracks as we continue to grow both in Australia and internationally.

As Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Global Wholesale to deliver a seamless experience for our stockists and internal team. This role blends sales admin, customer service, logistics support, and warehouse support to ensure every order is delivered with accuracy, timeliness, and with the utmost care.

About Us

AtGoldie + Ace, we’re all about making baby and toddler clothes that not only look adorable but also stand the test of time. Our designs are inspired by our childhoods (hello, nostalgia), and we take pride in producing high-quality, ethically sourced garments that can be worn, loved, and passed on. Think: clothes your little one will outgrow but never outwear.

Now, about the role…

- Process wholesale orders, ensuring allocations, invoicing, and dispatch details are 100% accurate.

- Maintain and update systems including CRM, B2B ordering platform, and Cin7 inventory.

- Generate wholesale invoices, credit notes, and seasonal order reports.

- Support account onboarding, providing tools, assets, and guidance to new stockists.

- Assist with tradeshow and seasonal event preparation.

Customer Service

- Be a direct contact for wholesale customers—resolving queries quickly and professionally.

- Provide clear updates on order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the customer journey is smooth from order to delivery.

- Support any overflow of online retail customer service during peak times, breaks, or leave cover.

Pick, Pack & Logistics

- Pick, pack, and dispatch wholesale and VIP orders in collaboration with the warehouse team.

- Manage freight bookings, cost tracking, and shipping documentation for wholesale including A+ partners (domestic + international).

- Provide hands‑on support to the warehouse team by assisting or when required managing online orders during peak times, breaks, or leave cover.

What makes you a great fit...

- Organised, process focused & detail‑oriented: You love ticking boxes, creating systems, and ensuring accuracy.

- Problem‑solver: You see inefficiencies and find smarter ways of doing things.

- Calm under pressure: Competing deadlines don’t faze you—you know how to prioritise.

- Tech‑savvy: You’re confident using sales systems, CRMs, and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Customer‑first mindset: You understand the importance of building long‑term relationships.

- Hands‑on team player: You’re collaborative and if a call out sounds you’re happy to support the team with whatever, whenever and wherever

- Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not essential

What’s in it for you?

- A creative, supportive, and ambitious team who genuinely love what we do

- Flexible work options, generous staff discounts, and plenty of learning & development opportunities

- The chance to grow with a brand that’s expanding globally and doing things differently

If this sounds like you...

Have a good look around our website, read Our Story page and get a feel for who we are. If you think you’d be a good fit, please send your application to careers@goldieandace.com

Include a brief cover letter, your resume, and answer the following question:

Which 2–3 brands inspire you and why? Tell us what you admire about their approach, and how you think it could apply to a brand like Goldie + Ace.

Goldie + Ace is an Australian kidswear brand creating retro and nostalgic styles based on classic style staples, akin to those we grew up with.

Our design approach is guided by a simple principle – to create clothing that can be worn, cherished and passed on.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, we also love to highlight the place we call home, celebrating it all, from gumtrees to galahs
