As a Key account Manager, your role is to Increase order volume and sales within your designated territory by establishing strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and achieving monthly targets. The territory you will be covering is **(Liverpool, Bankstown, Newtown, Rockdale, Burwood, North Strathfield, Punchbowl, Dapto, Rockdale, Wakely, Narwee, and Revesby)**
**Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate robust relationships with healthcare professionals, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison for Montu.
- Provide comprehensive insights into Montu's products, ensuring partners understand their impact on patient care.
**Product Knowledge and Communication**:
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to position Montu's offerings effectively to partners.
- Showcase the positive impact of Montu's innovations on patient outcomes through compelling communication.
- Support the development of strategies to educate and influence key prescribers.
**Commercial and Sales Performance**:
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor product presentations and solutions to partner requirements.
- Serve as a commercial educator, ensuring partners are well-versed in Montu's offerings.
- Support acquisition efforts of new partners and contribute to forecasting and reporting on account progress.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure initiatives align with partner needs and commercial targets.
**Qualifications**
- 4 + experience in key account management/Business Development, we will consider any background where you have sold a **tangible**product.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to have a lasting impact with **General practitioners.**:
- Strong understanding of the Sales Process from opening to closing of a sale.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
