An Executive Assistant opportunity has opened within the Loyalty team, where you will have the opportunity to utilise your skills for an organisation that focuses on your growth and development.
**The Opportunity**
As an Executive Assistant you will provide a high-level of administrative support to our Executive Leadership within the Loyalty team. As a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities of our Executive Managers. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including preparing detailed presentations and assisting with meeting minutes and agendas. Additionally, you'll manage core office functions, ensuring timely payments, tracking expenditures, and coordinating travel logistics. Your role will also involve coordinating events and assisting with new staff onboarding, including IT requests. You'll be responsible for preparing reports, organising complex documents, and managing communication on behalf of the Executive Managers.
**The Requirements**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant position, preferably supporting an Executive or Senior Leader.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
- Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
