**Your new company**

Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor at our Wetherill Park store We're looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage our warehouse operations in a full-time capacity.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Trade Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of our facility. Your innovative thinking and leadership skills will be key to motivating your team and driving continuous improvement.

**Your new role**

Key Responsibilities:

- Uphold excellent customer service standards
- Ensure safe operations and manage mobile plant equipment
- Effectively operate and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Investigate and resolve service failures, losses, or freight damage incidents
- Coordinate stock takes, stock rotation, damages, losses, and cycle counts
- Lead, motivate, and empower your team through effective communication and feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to efficient processes

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience of managing or supervising a small warehousing team
- Forklift Licence
- Experience with Warehouse Management software/ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to be hands-on and physically fit
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays
