**Your new company**
Your new company is a leading 3PL provider to the fashion industry, with a warehouse based in South-Western Sydney. They have an exciting opportunity for you to join their operation on a permanent basis as their Operations Supervisor.

**Your new role**
As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for establishing, monitoring and managing operational goals and productivity targets. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be contributing to streamlining warehouse activities across 2 sites whilst overseeing team performance to help drive customer satisfaction and business success. Your duties will include:

- Oversee daily operations - supervise and assign tasks for warehouse activities
- Review and prepare workflow to meet operational demands to maximise efficiency and quality
- Maintain a safe working environment by following and establishing workplace standards
- Develop space requirement to improve layout efficiencies
- Oversee team performance against KPI’s and train and manage warehouse staff
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Develop plans for productivity and loss prevention
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies as required
- Prepare budgets and report on productivity against budget including labour utilization
- Customer request management

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a successful Operations Supervisor, you will have previous experience as a Warehouse/Operations Supervisor or a similar role, as well as the following:

- Proficient knowledge in warehouse procedures and policies
- 3PL & E-commerce experience highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Previous people management experience and strong leadership to enable you to effectively lead both permanent and casual staff
- Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement processes
- Strong knowledge in Warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

**What you'll get in return**
You will receive a salary of $75K - $90K + Super in a permanent role, in a diverse operation within an established team.
