**Your new role**
As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the inventory & warehousing operations alongside the manufacturing teams. Working closely with senior leadership in the business, you will take initiative to drive improvements within the company. You will have a team of 4-7 direct reports within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

- Management of the logistics and warehousing team, driving improvement within processes and creating exceptional team culture.
- Maintain quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and operation efficiency.
- Actively participate in the development & improvement of current processes within the warehouse.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and deadline KPIs.
- Working with and communicating proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise, train and mentor the Warehouse Team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a successful Warehouse Manager, you will have previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, as well as the following:

- Previous experience within a warehouse management role in the manufacturing industry, with a demonstrated history of process improvement and successful leadership of teams.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, competent across inventory control with excellent ERP/MRP systems knowledge.
- A strong focus on continuous improvement strategies and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills to consistently engage with your team to create efficient and safe working environments.
- The ability to form successful relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external through influencing and negotiation skills to form solutions in line with business objectives.
