The core responsibility of the role will be to meet customer delivery requirements, manage stocks of raw and finished goods within the warehouse, and coordinate with the production team to achieve the most effective outcome in support of business objectives all within the OHS Zero Harm compliance framework.

Our client, an Australasian industry leader in packaging solutions, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the outbound distribution and inwards goods operations of the business.

The core responsibility of the role will be to meet customer delivery requirements, manage stocks of raw and finished goods within the warehouse, and coordinate with the production team to achieve the most effective outcome in support of business objectives all within the OHS Zero Harm compliance framework.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Campbellfield warehouse to embed best practices to continuously improve service and minimise cost
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure efficient delivery to customers and continuously improve service and costs
- Maintain accurate stock levels. Cycle counts and stock take to keep warehouse stock accuracy on track.
- Manage stock reconciliation between SAP and 3PL inventory systems
- Reconciliation of pallet accounts
- Create plan for production (weekly)
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse racking, turret trucks, forklifts and charging station
- Investigate issues (example incorrect deliveries, wrong documentation), perform root cause analysis and engage team to provide resolutions for improvements.
- Ensure a healthy, safe and environmentally compliant workplace by adherence to all legal, statutory and OHS&E policies, systems and practices, and by directing corrective action as required

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
- Excellent computer skills
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in supervising a team
- Strong Focus on Safety
- Continuous Improvement mindset
