Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moorebank, Sydney, NSW, for a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the warehouse, including managing delivery and receiving processes, loading / unloading trucks and managing the relationship with labor providers. They will ensure workflow efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, training staff, and operating equipment as necessary to optimize logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage warehouse sorting staff
  • Experience in Last Mile delivery is a plus
  • Proficiency in Inventory Control to ensure accurate tracking and organization
  • Forklift Operation certification or relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus
