JDP is partnering with a great restaurant chain business. They are growing massively and as a result they are looking for UX Lead to assist with the end to end management of projects on a strategic level.

**Reporting into the Head of Digital you will**:

- Work closely with the Product and Insights teams to ensure that the user experience of a product is optimal from the initial concept stage through launch.
- Use a lean and agile approach to design and employ an interactive testing method to consistently deliver high-quality work that meets the company's design standards.
- Advocate for human-centered design and the company's product design principles to ensure that the final product meets customer expectations and aligns with the company's overall vision.
- Use customer insights to create user-friendly wireframes and prototypes that can be used across various devices and interfaces.
- Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve the quality of work and share design knowledge with peers and other teams within the company.
- Stay up-to-date with current design and technology trends to bring new and innovative ideas to the customer experience.
- Be responsible for creating user-friendly and convenient ordering solutions that exceed customer expectations and align with the company's brand experience.
- Participate in the decision-making process of the company's digital products through research and leading workshops to understand customer and stakeholder needs.
- Be a leader in design and have a strong presence within the company, advocating for ambitious and bold customer experiences.

**You will have**:

- End to end management of projects
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design (eCommerce experience highly favoured)
- A solid grasp of HCD principles and frameworks, mixed methods research
- Experienced in a dynamic organisation - Retail, eComms, Hospitality highly regarded
