Success will be measured by the strategic value you deliver, along with increased member reach and engagement. This role requires strong relationship-building and storytelling skills, as you'll be influential at all levels of the organisation. You will lead end-to-end design processes, from concept to launch and continuous improvement, creating compelling and intuitive experiences across devices.

Use customer and member insights to guide the development of new and improved experiences and offerings. - Lead Research:
Conduct UX research activities across the app lifecycle using both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs and behaviors. - Translate & Influence:
Translate research insights into actionable design direction and champion evidence-based decision-making. Articulate the ROI and member experience gains associated with design outcomes. - Coach & Collaborate:
Coach and develop a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Ensure Consistency:
Drive a consistent and scalable UX strategy across all digital channels, ensuring a seamless and optimal app experience.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
A degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, UX Design, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proven Mobile Expertise:
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mobile app UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful end-to-end delivery on iOS and Android. - Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of mobile user behavior, patterns, and accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG for mobile). Proficiency with a wide range of technology tools, including Figma (advanced mobile design usage), ProtoPie, Principle, Jira, and Miro. Experience working with mobile component libraries, design systems, and tokens is a must. - Strategic & Collaborative:
Demonstrated success in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing) and the ability to present your strategies and design rationale to diverse audiences.
If you're interested in the position, please apply with an updated portfolio showcasing your most recent work.
