**Main responsibilities**

The role of marketing officer is responsible for developing marketing strategies, coordinating marketing programs and campaigns, writing and reviewing copy and web content, liaising with internal staff and reporting on the performance surrounding marketing efforts.
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics for remedial massage service
- Researching and analysing market trends, demographics, competitor offerings, and other information that affects marketing
- Conducting market research for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Identifying areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotion activities and offering advice towards the development of specific marketing strategies
- Planning, developing and organizing marketing policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and the new shop opening strategy of the company
- Using analytics to monitor the success of advertising campaigns
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, Google map, social media platforms, such as WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp
- Coordinating marketing programs and promotions activities
- Maintaining and updating customer database and pricing pages
- Ensuring marketing initiatives and campaigns are compliant with relevant legislation at all times

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified in Marketing, public relations, communications or other related field
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Knowledge of marketing principles and understanding of how they relate to everyday business
- Understanding of the massage and wellness industries is preferred
- Sound computer skills, including MS Office, Digital Marketing Platforms ( ie Facebook, Instagram, WeChat Advertising, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and work in a team
