The Role

As our Marketing Director, you'll drive Horizon Edge Marketing's growth strategy and creative direction.

You'll oversee campaign strategy, client acquisition funnels, and brand presence across channels. This role combines leadership, strategy, and execution, perfect for someone who lives and breathes marketing and wants to make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to position Horizon Edge Marketing as Australia's #1 performance agency.

  • Lead the agency's own marketing — from brand storytelling to demand generation.

  • Oversee paid and organic campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email).

  • Create data-driven growth plans and monthly performance reports.

  • Collaborate on client acquisition campaigns, partnerships, and content assets.

  • Identify new growth opportunities using AI-driven tools and automation.

  • Oversee a team of 6, leading the charge in all aspects of marketing.

Experience We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or business development.

  • A solid foundation in marketing or communications, backed by either formal qualifications or equivalent real-world results.

  • Proven track record in driving engagement, scaling brands, and executing campaigns that actually move the needle — not just look good on paper.

  • Deep understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, creative direction, and brand development.

  • Ability to lead and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives, turning strategy into measurable growth.

  • Experience managing teams, creatives, and client relationships with clarity, confidence, and direction.

  • Strong technical proficiency across Office 365, MS Teams, Asana, Meta Business Manager, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills — you know how to take ownership and drive results.

  • Australian work authorisation is required for this role.
