Daily roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our currency exchange services and enhance brand visibility.

2. Regularly update and engage with followers on social media platforms, creating posts and responding to comments to build a strong online presence.

3. Produce high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, brochures, and other promotional materials to attract and retain customers.

4. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and prepare reports to assess their effectiveness and ROI.

5. Work closely with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, and website content.

6. Perform market research to identify current trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

7. Interact with customers through various channels, gather feedback, and use insights to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.

The successful Marketing Officer will require;
1. At least 3 years marketing experience, preferred in finance industry
2. High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
3. Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
4. Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
