**Starford College** is located directly in Sydney CBD. It is a **Registered Training Organization** (RTO). We provide VET (Vocational Education and Training) courses which are designed to provide training for career success in a professional learning environment that is both challenging and motivating with the goal of employment and/or further study.

We are now hiring a Marketing Officer for a fulltime position.

**Key Duties**:

- Recruiting students from onshore and offshore agents
- Finding new quality agents for student recruitment
- Onshore and offshore agent’s relationship maintenance
- Ensure on-going compliance with the CRICOS, ESOS and National Code requirements pertaining to the marketing of College services.
- Provide input and feedback to college heads as per market needs including
- Conduct agent and coordinate student surveys and convey findings to PEO/CEO
- Arrange advertising in all media as per marketing plan.
- Monitor global market for growth or downturns, in particular the international students market

**Essential Criteria**
- Ability to work independently, including the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage time.
- Strong written and oral communication skills combined with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience to create awareness, build interest and convert enquiry.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- at least one-year experience is essential
- Hold unrestricted work rights
- Fluency in a second language preferred

Your employment is conditional upon the completion of all role required pre-employment or background checks in terms satisfactory to Starford College. Similarly, your ongoing employment is conditional upon the satisfactory maintenance of all relevant clearances and background check requirements. If you do not meet these conditions, the college may take any necessary step, including the termination of your employment.

**How to apply**

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
