**You will be responsible for**:

- Provide administrative and analytical support to Collection Coordinator.
- Assist in research, credit analysis, and special projects as required.
- Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness.
- Assist in performing credit risk assessments for both new and existing clients.
- Support the preparation of loan documentation, including credit proposals and loan agreements.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are collected, verified, and in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Liaise with the Sales, Account Management team and other department heads to ensure smooth coordination of credit approvals.
- Stay updated on legal changes.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in debt collection
- Experience working with Xero (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in the digital marketing industry (desirable)
