**Purpose**

The Marketing Executive is responsible for providing support for the Marketing & Customer Experience team for the delivery of the Office team's strategic objectives through brand positioning, marketing / leasing campaigns for both stabilised and development assets, supporting new project origination and bids, investor and customer communications, events, digital and internal engagement.

**What you'll be doing**

Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:

- Supporting the National Lead - Office Marketing & Customer Experience in the delivery of the Office Marketing, Place & Customer Experience strategy and strategic messaging in line with brand guidelines -spanning customer, investor and internal marketing and communications.
- Providing marketing support for the team with a particular focus on design and visual storytelling in PowerPoint and InDesign.
- Supporting the National Bid Manager with bids, presentations, capability documents, case studies, customer bio's and RFPs.
- Providing support to the National Bid Manager to execute presentations for the team, investors, and tenant customers.
- Working with the Property and Asset Management team on regular updates and maintenance of the Office related content on the Charter Hall website and asset microsites.
- Coordinating portfolio level content creation and uploads for the Charter Hall app known as Charli.
- Coordinating portfolio level content creation and uploads for digital media screens with oOh Media.
- Supporting the Marketing team with the asset leasing strategies and collateral delivery.
- Supporting the Property Management team with asset-based customer communications as required, focused on consistency.
- Providing administrative support and oversight for industry sponsorships and key events in conjunction with the National Lead - Office Marketing & Customer Experience and Group Marketing.
- Providing administrative support for the Marketing & Customer Experience team as required.
- Supporting the Office team with LinkedIn messaging and communication.
- Providing additional support for the Group Marketing Events Manager on Office portfolio events as required.
- Assisting with the coordination of Customer Excellence awards for the Office team.
- From time to time, a Marketing Executive will also undertake other duties and tasks as the Manager may reasonably direct.
