We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Officer for our Sydney CBD team to drive our growth across New South Wales. In this dynamic role, you'll be a strategic coordinator, event planner, and digital specialist. Reporting to the NSW Marketing Coordinator and collaborating with our Digital Content Creator, you will be the engine that implements regional strategies and manages our vibrant online presence.

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing & Coordination

  • Manage the NSW social media calendar, scheduling and coordinating with our Digital Content Creator to publish all content (posts, Reels, YouTube videos).
  • Develop, launch, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google) to drive lead generation.
  • Run direct marketing initiatives, including newsletters and SMS campaigns.
  • Collect client testimonials and track campaign performance to optimize strategy.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Lead the planning and execution of regional events, from educational seminars to partner workshops.
  • Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination and on-the-day execution.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience

in a hands-on, diverse marketing role.
- Expertise in managing social media calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Proven success in end-to-end event planning and execution.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
- Exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A creative, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
