An exciting opportunity is now available with our client who is a leading player in the
**RPO Space** They are looking for a professional
**Talent Acquisition Partner** to look after their internal client within the
**Financial services sector.**

You will be working for a highly regarded vehicle and equipment loans provider who is growth through growth and change. This will be a standalone that has a mix of recruitment and strategy.

You will get to help design the EVP and recruitment process while managing the open roles. This is a low role volume and high touch service, would be under 80 roles year.
**This is a 24 Month max term contract.**

**Role responsibilities**:

- _Talent Delivery:_ end to end delivery of recruitment requirements & implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract and engage top talent, and building strong pipelines meet hiring requirements
- _Relationship Delivery:_ partnering with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, and working closely with Hiring Managers to identify and plan workforce/resource needs
- _Advisory Delivery:_ providing insights on market conditions/trends to support key hiring decisions and advising on recruitment best practices
- _Strategy: _Provide innovative changes and design new ways of work

**To be considered for the above opportunities**:

- Experience recruiting a broad range of roles but preferably you have experience in Finance/Banking
- Commercially driven, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, and the ability to influence
- Resilient, highly organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a standalone role
