Position Summary Mandatory Skills - Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including development, administration and configuration. - Strong understanding of data management and integration within SFMC. - Proficiency in SFMC scripting languages such as AMPscript and SSJS. - Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting. - Deep knowledge of marketing automation best practices and strategies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Roles And Responsibilities - Administer and configure the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to meet evolving business requirements. - Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using SFMC tools. - Manage data integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within SFMC. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overarching business goals. - Provide training and support to team members on SFMC best practices and usage. - Stay updated with the latest SFMC features, updates, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications & Certifications - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Data Cloud - Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information technology, or a related field. - Previous experience in a similar role within a marketing or technology-driven organization.
