**The Opportunity**

As a Technical Lead, you will be at the helm of the data development team, spearheading projects that will leave a lasting impact. A hands-on and technical leadership role, this presents the ideal role for a strong Technology Leader who would also like to keep their technical data skills sharp.

**About the Role**:

- Be on the forefront of delivering different data products to Stakeholders
- Mentor a team of data developers inspiring them to reach project goals
- Drive the delivery of projects with precision, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality
- Stay on the cutting edge of technology, exploring new tools and techniques to keep our stack ahead of the curve
- 50/50 hands-on and technical leadership role

**Ideally you will have**:

- Strong experience in the Insurance or Finance sector
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience with running and operating Data Products
- Strong Regulatory Understanding
- Experience with data technical leadership, empowering your team to deliver their best work
- A results-driven mindset, focused on achieving and exceeding project goals
- Experienced with SQL
- Knowledge of DBT
- Experience with Cloud platforms, preferably GCP
