**Technical Lead**:

Our client are strategic design consultants specializing in digital experience and product development. Designing platform, process, and experience improvements that are loved by users.

**About the role**:
Lead a collaborative development team and ensure best practices in software development are met with security at the forefront.

**Responsibilities**:

- Architectural design and implementation of the backend solutions
- Managing escalation procedures and resolving critical issues
- Lead and mentor other developers to help with the project.
- Developing prototypes and testing systems
- Meeting deadlines and budgets
- Developing a joint project plan
- Providing accurate quotes
- Q&A for deliverables

- An experienced, nice, and passionate developer who has a strong focus on quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement
- An advocate for personal and professional growth and a mentor who is ready to roll up their sleeves when needed.
- Curiosity, collaboration, and care are all important parts of the test-and-learn culture.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical clients, as well as the ability to communicate and influence effectively
- Collaboration with Technical Directors and Project Managers to improve performance
- Skills in both written and oral communication are required.
- Years of experience in **Umbraco**, Kentico, or Sitecore
- With Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platforms (any one of them), DevOps/Infrastructure is an important consideration.
- VueJS, ReactJS, or Angular are the frontend frameworks that you may use.
- Web3, HTML/CSS, JS/ES6, eCommerce are important skills. CRM Salesforce, Hubspot, or Dynamics is a great place to start.
