**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will be based in **Clayton** and report to the Equipment Sales Support Manager. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Equipment Sales team, to enable a positive customer experience both internally and externally.
**Your key responsibilities and daily activities will include**:
- Providing administrative support to the Equipment Sales Support Manager, GM of Sales and the extended sales team
- Prepare sales acceptance letters and sales commissions
- Complete warranty documentation and prepare tender documents
- Coordinate and process all travel and accommodation requests
- Prepare monthly management and sales reports
- Support our Contracts Team with new machine sales documentation - invoicing, purchase orders, pricing, stock movements and transport
- Coordinate road registration of machines sales sold in Victoria
**ABOUT YOU**
You are a strong collaborator, who enjoys customer support roles and contributing to a successful team.
**You will be able to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience**:
- Be engaging with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
- Ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously, with excellent time management
- Ability to resolve problems in a practical, timely and professional manner
- Ability to identify customer needs and respond accordingly
