Maintaining documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company’s quality requirements (GMP)
- Publish chain information required by finance, marketing, and sales quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary to ensure integrity of information.
- Assist in following up suppliers on delivery status and updating wider team with accurate ETAs.
- Reconcile supplier / customer Invoices and coordinate appropriate documentation and approvals for payment.
- Assist in preparing export documents and updating customers on delivery ETAs.
- Assist in Preparing presentations, scorecards, reports, and analysis.
- General Data entry and maintenance within company ERP (NetSuite)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
