**About the Company**:
Our client are a highly regarded projects and maintenance company that provides maintenance work along with incidental infrastructure building works across multiple market sectors.

**About the Role**:
Reporting into the Estimating Manager you will have 2 main purposes. These will be to coordinate high quality tender submissions and communications and to carry out sales administration to ensure all opportunities are passed onto the relevant department.

**_They are willing to train this role so no experience is needed._**

The duties will be:

- Coordinate and deliver proposal submissions including prequalification questionnaires and request for proposal documents,
- Re-write/edit responses
- Manage the template library
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Report any feedback or issues to the Estimating Manager
- Support all staff by providing collateral and opportunities

**About You**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Have a reception or administration background
- Be eager and interested to learn
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
